The markets in all areas of the economy are beginning to feel the financial pinch facing consumers and investors. We've been heading in the wrong direction for well over a year--and the powers that be only admitted to themselves we were going through a minor market correction.

- We need to use the military to move civilians to neutral territory, and blast the Taliban out of existence, using whatever military power necessary to do so. Otherwise, just cut our losses and get out.

- Someone from North America, a white, probably had some kind of bug and flew down to Mexico. This North American infected a couple Mexicans while down there, and flew back home to recover with no problem.

- I have a rail line out in my backyard, and I've been watching the types of cars the trains are hauling for three months now. There are fewer cars now, down about 45% here in SE Indiana. Also, instead of 6 trains a day, there are now fewer than 3.

- ...It's like closing the barn door after the horse has already fled. The bailout only shows so far that Congress is to blame, and the horse is on Wall Street, ready to run again unless there's more money to come.
